Equestrian tops and riding shirts for every ride

HORSE Spirit equestrian tops are made for women who want comfort in the saddle and a polished look around the yard. The cuts follow a woman's figure, stay put when you rise to the trot and breathe through a demanding schooling session. Many pieces were designed by Czech designer Monika Vaverová.

Here you will find short- and long-sleeved riding shirts, polo shirts, tank tops, thermal tops for frosty mornings and riding tops for younger riders.

Which riding top should I choose?

For everyday schooling, start with the BASIC, LINE and PURE ranges. They are cut from a premium Italian fabric that stretches, breathes and is easy to look after. Colours run from black, beige and brown to burgundy, blue and pink, and some styles add a gold or silver zip and logo.

When the temperature drops, reach for a thermal riding top: long sleeves with thumbholes, a neck zip and a brushed inner side that keeps you warm without overheating. The Double, with slimming beige side stripes, also comes in a western Double W version. The long-sleeved RIDE shirt has a stand-up collar and gold zip; RIDE S is its lighter summer sister. For hot days there is the LADY polo shirt and a choice of sleeveless riding tops with breathable side panels and quick-dry fabric.

How to style a riding shirt with leggings and a vest

Dark shirts look sharp with light riding leggings, while the cream thermal top works beautifully with brown or dark ones. In autumn, add an equestrian vest or hybrid jacket – the stretch side panels let you move freely.

Tired of tucking in? A riding bodysuit stays in place for the whole ride. For competitions, pick a white shirt from our show riding clothing.

Caring for technical riding tops

Technical fabrics last longer with gentle washing. Wash at a low temperature, inside out and with the zip closed, to protect the print and the fabric around it. Skip fabric softener, as it clogs the fibres and reduces breathability. Skip the tumble dryer; quick-dry fabric dries fast on a hanger and rarely needs ironing.

Wash brushed thermal tops separately from towels and fleece so they do not pick up lint.

Riding tops FAQ: sizing and returns

What size riding top should I order? Women's tops come in sizes XS–XL with a close fit. Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with the size guide. If you are between sizes and prefer a looser feel, go up one.

Do you have riding tops for children? Yes – our kids' riding clothing includes tees and thermal tops in sizes XXS–S, chosen by the child's height.

What if it does not fit? You can exchange it for another size or return it within 30 days of delivery.
